With our busy lifestyles in mind, I’ve created a digital yoga retreat that you can enjoy from the comfort of your own home. Accessible to everyone no matter what your personal commitments, where you are in the world, or how busy your work schedule is.
You can make your way through the videos and PDFs as a ‘retreat day’ as suggested, or just simply complete them in your own time, as and when you can. It’s up to you~ that’s part of the beauty of the at-home yoga practice.
