Our online membership has been created for busy women by busy women. 

We combine fitness, fun, accountability and community to help women get fit and stay fit. 

Each month your membership fee provides you with

FAQ

How is Ro PT Membership different to other online memberships?

I believe that to truly enjoy long lasting and effective exercise patterns, you have to go beyond the surface. Thats why I educate women on how to listen to their bodies and intuitively train them in a way that feels great. We are not just about waistlines and aesthetics, we are about community, empowerment and having fun!

What equipment will I need?

I encourage everyone to have a light pair of dumbbells (2/3/4 kg) if possible. You can use water bottles or wine bottles, but the extra weight makes an enormous difference to the level of tone you are able to gain. If you are struggling to find affordable options I can always send you links.

How will I receive the workouts?

You will receive 4 pre-recorded workouts sent via a YouTube "playlist" link. This will be where all the workouts are uploaded, but also where you can find the Yoga videos and talks on mental health subjects specifically for your group. The workouts are a combination of HIIT, toning, kickboxing and more with a specific focus on toning and increasing you're resting metabolic rate.

What sort of support is given with nutrition?

We are lucky enough to be working with highly qualified nutritionist Sophia Hall. She has designed a 4 week nutrition programme and guide that is available to all members. In addition, she provides recipes on our private Instagram group. I also add recipes so you are never short of ideas or guidance!

Will I lose weight?

This is a question impossible to answer as everybody will react differently. This is also not designed as a weight loss programme but rather a fitness and health programme. It's important to bear in mind that when we are building in tone, whilst we may not lose pounds on the scales, we may well lose in inches.  If you complete the workouts and follow good nutrition, I can guarantee you will feel and see positive changes in your body, they key is consistency... and patience!

What do I do if I get injured or am struggling?

I encourage all members to take it slowly and start with the lower intensity options. However, injuries do of course sometimes happen. Advice on how to manage injuries is available on the member's page and I also try and offer advice and support within the groups. As our little community is growing, unfortunately, I am unable to take individual calls. I hope you can understand this is not through lack of caring but just lack of capacity! I will however always ensure you feel safe and supported.

Is membership flexible?

Absolutely! You are free to join for a month or a year, all you need to do is sign up each month you want to continue. Nothing will be automatically charged to the card you sign up with.

Are the workouts suitable for any level?

In short, yes. As long as you are injury free or have been cleared by a doctor to exercise if you have any underlying health issues or have recently had a baby. All of the exercises can be adapted to be lower impact and there are videos in our members area to show you how to adapt the exercises to suit your needs.
