A 60-minute mindfulness session that is tailored to your needs, based on the mindfulness-based stress reduction programme developed by Jon Kabat Zinn.

For Webcam sessions:  You will require access to a computer, laptop, tablet or a smartphone with a stable internet connection in a private, confidential environment, so you are not interrupted.

Description

I am a psychotherapist and a counselling psychologist in the final year of my doctoral training in London, UK. Interested in supporting people with a range of problems, including stress, burnout, feelings of emptiness, lack of motivation or purpose in life, anxiety or low mood.

I firmly believe that everyone can go through periods where things seem overwhelming or hopeless. It may be that things have become difficult only very recently or that you have realised you have been struggling to cope over the longer term.

Together, we can figure out the best way to support you in this difficult time. I aim to offer a safe and affirming space where you can make sense of your difficulties, so as to help you get unstuck and move forward towards positive change and your goals. My main interests are mindfulness, trauma and using various tools and strategies to become more productive while creating balance in your life.

I have extensive clinical experience working in the NHS (National Health Service in the UK) as well as in the private sector supporting individuals who want to change something in their lives or feel stuck and overwhelmed. Please contact me if you have any questions.
