Recharge Filter Roast – Whole bean
Tasting notes of almond milk, biscoff and chocolate orange – not a terrible place to start, right?
These beautiful beans all the way from Guatemala have roasted two ways by the lovely people at Clifton Coffee meaning you can choose to enjoy them as a punchy and chocolatey espresso or a more delicate, sweet filter.
The coffee cherries go through a rigorous three-day-long process of de-pulping and fermenting before being washed and soaked in clean water – a process known as double washing in the coffee world.
This means you really make the most of the bean’s natural flavours which is fundamental to make a tasty tasty cup of Joe!
This coffee yields from a second-generation coffee farm in the Huehuetenango region of Guatemala. This 11.8-hectare farm is responsible for making around 2000 kg of coffee cherry each year, taking great care of every single bean in the process.
Process: Washed, sun-dried
Altitude: 1750 – 1850 MASL
This product is available both as whole bean or ground suitably for filter methods.
We hope this cup of good stuff lends itself to a good old-fashioned sit-down so you can Make it a Moment.
