I noticed all my fellow sleep-deprived parents trying to caffeinate their way through a global pandemic had something in common.
A burning love / need of great Coffee.
I wanted to provide a coffee that didn't just taste incredible but also came with the right amount of kick to help my fellow parents survive parenthood et voila Sips Coffee was born.
Naturally, Sips has grown and expanded and we now offer a subscription of freshly roasted coffee beans sent through your door. And don’t worry, you definitely don’t have to be a parent to enjoy these tastes.
Not only do they provide the best of what coffee has to offer, they pursue ethical and transparent sourcing of their beans - something which makes such a difference in the world we live in today.
They say themselves, ‘ 97% of our volume is bought directly from origin through our own relationships, with our sourcing team travelling the world, creating and maintaining partnerships and ensuring our buying program delivers across the three pillars of economic, environmental and socially sustainable trade.
We work closely with co-operatives, private exporters, NGO’s and Indigenous Rights Groups to ensure that the coffees we sell are ethical, free from exploitation, and truly traceable.’
So in other words, skip the Fairtrade, this is really done properly. So whatever way you decide to have your cup of Sips, be assured that from its inception care, attention and heart has been poured into it. See it as your good deed for the day!
