Printing information:

• I use ‘Photobox’ to print my art. They use high-quality standard Fujifilm paper (210 gsm) and hand check each print before delivery to make sure they’re perfect.


• The average production time (the time it takes to get the print made and ready for delivery) is 1-3 business days.

Delivery information:

• I deliver pretty much anywhere! My standard delivery fees are: FREE for the UK, £0.90 for the rest of Europe and £1.80 for the US. For anywhere else, please message me your location and I will be able to provide a cost!


• All prints are delivered in a thick cardboard tube and carefully wrapped in tissue paper to make sure they get to you safely.


• Estimated delivery time frames are specified when the delivery option is selected. I will let you know the guaranteed delivery date when I confirm your purchase (but if you message me first with your intended purchase I can also find out for your beforehand).


• If you select tracked delivery, I will be in contact with tracking details once your print is ready for delivery.

Framing information:

Frames are not included with my prints, but they have been designed for ease of framing, if this is your plan. All my prints have white borders/margins (as shown in the hanging print mockup image - with bulldog clips), so they can go straight into a frame the size of the print – 6” x 8”, A4, A3 or A2. Each of these sizes are fairly standard and easy to source inexpensively.

If you’re looking for ideas…

• For one of the most convenient options, Amazon sells these frames in the A4, A3 and A2 size, as well as in various colours. For 6 x 8 inch frames (my smallest print size), I found this frame for less than £3.


• If you have the time – I’ve found charity shops/thrift stores often stock photo frames for much lower prices than you can find on Amazon or anywhere else (and their owners tend to be much nicer). 


• I also really like magnetic frame hangers - this one from Etsy fits all my print sizes (choose the 6”, 9”, 12” and 17” sizes respectively). This also makes things a little less tricky when getting your print to hang perfectly straight!


• Alternatively, my prints are made from high quality paper, so also look great pinned straight on to your walls. I like to use washi tape, to avoid marks and add an extra colour to my walls!

Refund policy:

• I really hope you love your print! But if not – if it doesn’t fit your space, or you’re not vibing with the art anymore – I am happy to refund items, so long as you can return them to me in saleable condition within a month – just contact me for a return address.


• If the item arrives damaged/unusable (though this has never happened before!), I will refund you/organise a replacement at my own cost straight away – no need to return! Just send me a photo of the damage that I can show to my manufacturers.


• I usually can't accept cancellations, because I try to process orders as soon as I get them, but please message me if you have a problem - I will try my best to help!

Privacy policy:

The only personal information I collect is your name and address – this is passed on to ‘Photobox’ (the printing service I use) so they can deliver your print. This does include giving your address to the delivery company used. However, Photobox and the delivery service do not use your information for anything other than delivering your print.  You can view Photobox’s privacy policy at photobox.co.uk/privacy-policy.
