

Having grown up with a passion for baking, this led me to a career in catering, specialising in patisserie. Last year I decided it was time for me to venture into making something new and fudge was the answer!
To get the right consistency (I prefer more melt in the mouth to a crumbly texture which can feel dry) and then to experiment with a whole range of flavours is so exciting.
I have no shortage of volunteer taste testers and, as most are family, they are very honest with their feedback! Nothing goes on sale that has been rejected by them!
