All of our products are made custom to order so we are unable to offer refunds should you change your mind about your order. We are happy to discuss and help resolve any problems that may arise with any of our products. Should your order arrive incorrect or damaged, please contact us with images of the order within 48 hours of your receiving it and we'll happily remake or replace it for you.
