




​ For years I struggled to sustain any level of fitness and felt a lack of confidence around my body. The barriers of kids, work, time and confidence always seemed to get in the way.
​ However after having my 3rd child, I felt like I had had enough, I was ready to make a change. I joined a fitness community and this time, I stuck to it! I finally felt that wonderful domino effect of my body and mind getting stronger. My mood and sleep improved, I was less anxious, I felt like I could take on the world!
​ I was genuinely shocked that exercise had been the missing piece of the puzzle to feeling strong, happy and empowered... I was ready to spread the word. I trained to be a personal trainer and became specialised in training women's bodies.
When lockdown hit the county, I started an online membership and was amazed to discover that all of the factors that helped me to sustain exercise (community, accountability, fun!) translated to being online. Women who had never sustained exercise patterns for more than a week were easily completing 4 videos a week and were feeling amazing for it!
​ Over the past 7 months we have created the most wonderful community of women. They lift each other up when they are struggling and cheer each other on when things are going well. ​
I don't just believe that "Stronger Together" is an Instagram worthy hashtag, I believe it is a fact. So that is why I have now joined together with a collection of female wellness experts to deliver a membership that is full of variety and vitality. ​
Together, we share the same vision, that fitness should unite women in movement and help you to be Strong, Happy and Empowered. ​
