A yoga retreat with a difference… no need for travel and no need to worry about childcare.

With our busy lifestyles in mind, I’ve created a digital yoga retreat that you can enjoy from the comfort of your own home. Accessible to everyone no matter what your personal commitments, where you are in the world, or how busy your work schedule is.

You can make your way through the videos and PDFs as a ‘retreat day’ as suggested, or just simply complete them in your own time, as and when you can. It’s up to you~ that’s part of the beauty of the at-home yoga practice.

    This retreat was exactly what I needed. Hannah’s yoga classes are so nice, very calming and I never feel bad for not being able to get into a pose. I was completely refreshed the next day and learned a lot of new things!

    This is the most wonderful “at home” retreat. Being a busy mum of 2…and a military wife…I find it difficult to find any time for myself and particularly get away so a retreat I can do at home in my own time is just perfect. For the price of this you get so much and I will forever be grateful to Hannah for such a wonderful resource that I can now go back to time and time again if ever I need a little self care.

    What a breathe of fresh air this was for me during a very tricky week. I loved having a structure (I say structure but it was also “no pressure”) this allowed me to have a dedicated day of renewal. Hannah’s classes where amazing and I loved the addition of breathe work with the meal plans too. Thankyou Hannah you are lovely! X

    This at home retreat was great! It’s such good value for money and the yoga practices are really varied so you won’t get bored if you do complete them all in one day. I had a day off work so made a day of it and turned it into a proper experience which was fab, but I now love dipping in out of the practices that best fit my mood.

    I am so so delighted with Hannah’s at Home Retreat. The practices included are so thoughtfully put together and have just the right amount of challenge for a ‘4 session in a day’ experience (not too little, not too much so you can’t manage the whole day) They range between around 40-50 mins each roughly so are really excellent value for money. All this for the price of maybe two yoga sessions in a studio!

    The breath work classes are incredible – sometimes you feel a little intimidated asking about breathing IRL at class (well, I do anyway) so to be able to learn /improve this from home is wonderful.

    The food / reading suggestions are a fantastic extra pleasure too.

    Overall this is an incredible package that I will be recommending to my friends and I think will really really improve my confidence in my own practice and bring me joy many times over.
